 I don't tell the assistant teachers how much they are involved in horse management. At first, I didn't know well, so I told them to do this and that, but now it's different. Excessive interference can lead to situations in URL which they touch each other's self-esteem, and mutual trust doesn't build at all. That's why I tend not to interfere at all. However, there is one thing that can be regarded URL as interference, and the part where the horse is fed. Whether it's good or bad, I always say that when I go to a bar room, I have the belief that I have to eat well to run URL well. I leave everything else to the assistant teachers freely.
